These terms are between you and the seller of Peelstack Label Maker ("we", "us"). Peelstack Label Maker is sold under the Taskivator trading name. The seller's legal name, business address, and telephone number will be provided without delay upon request before purchase. Requests may be sent to peelstack@taskivator.com. Peelstack Label Maker is sold by us, not by Google. The information required for mail order sales in Japan is on the Commercial Transactions page.
The service
Peelstack Label Maker is an add-on for Google Sheets™ and Google Docs™ that makes label sheets and envelopes from your spreadsheet or a pasted list as a PDF, and an editable Google Doc if you choose. The free plan has every feature and makes up to 30 labels or envelopes per run; a longer run makes its first 30. Test pages are always free.
Paid plans
- 1 year ($29): no 30 label limit for one year from purchase, or from the end of a year pass you already have. It does not renew.
- Pay once ($59): no 30 label limit for as long as Peelstack Label Maker is offered. There are no renewals.
Prices are in US dollars. Both plans are one-time payments; there is no subscription to cancel. A paid plan removes the 30 label limit only: every feature is in the free plan, and every plan has the same other limits (10,000 rows of a sheet at a time, 50,000 labels per run). A plan belongs to the Google account that bought it.
If we ever stop offering Peelstack Label Maker, we will give at least 90 days notice on this website and by email to the address you gave at checkout, and we will refund Pay once purchases made in the 12 months before it ends.
Refunds
If the add-on does not work for you and we cannot fix it, we refund in full when you ask within 14 days of purchase. Tell us what went wrong, so we can try to fix it first. The free plan lets you try every feature before you buy. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, the law gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw from it for any reason: ask us within 14 days and we refund in full. A refund ends the plan it paid for. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as your rights if the add-on is faulty.
Printing
Printers, paper and print settings vary. We provide a test page and an offset setting, and we do not guarantee perfect alignment on every printer and label stock. Please print a test page on plain paper before using label sheets.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law in your country.
Liability
The add-on is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. A change to these terms does not shorten a plan you have already paid for.
