Open your sheet, then Extensions, Peelstack Label Maker, Create labels. Type 5160, check the preview and click Download PDF. Print it on Letter paper at Actual size (100%). 8160, 18160 and other codes with the same layout work the same way.

If every label is off by the same amount, open "Labels print a little off? Align your printer" in the add-on, print the test page on plain paper, and enter the small offset it shows. We remember it for that paper size. If the error grows further down the page, the page is being resized: set the paper size (Letter or A4) and Actual size in the print dialog and in the printer settings, and turn off any Fit option (Fit to paper, Fit to printable area, Fit to page).

Type the number printed on the box. Most codes work, including the other codes Avery prints for the same layout: we map them to the layout and show a picture of the sheet (labels across and down, label size) so you can compare. Not listed? Enter the size under "My labels are not listed".

Yes. In the preview, click the first empty label. Printing starts there and continues on new sheets.

Yes: all rows, the rows you selected in the sheet, or the rows your filter shows. A filter by values (ticking values in the filter menu) is read at once, however long the list. Google Sheets tells an add-on about other filters (a condition or a colour) and about rows hidden by hand only one row at a time: on a long list a condition filter can take too long (select the rows and choose "Rows I selected in the sheet" instead), and the sidebar says how many rows it could not check for being hidden by hand. Google Sheets does not tell add-ons which rows a slicer hides, so for those use a filter (Data, Create a filter) or select the rows. Labels follow the order of your sheet, so sort the sheet to sort the labels.

Each line can combine several columns with your own spaces and commas, for example {First Name} {Last Name} or {City}, {State} {ZIP}. We suggest the lines from your column names.

A line whose columns are all empty is left out automatically, so the address closes up.

We print exactly what the cell shows. If the sheet shows 2134 instead of 02134, format the column as Plain text (Format, Number, Plain text) and type the zero, or use the custom number format 00000. The preview warns you about 4 digit ZIP codes.

Yes. Set "Copies of each row", take the number from a column, use "A full sheet of each row", or tick "Same text on every label" and type your return address.

Yes. Each line can be bold, larger or in capital letters, so the name can stand out on every label without editing them one by one. The text can be left aligned or centred, and any line can be centred on its own, in one of twelve fonts (sans serif, serif, condensed, handwriting or script).

We shrink text to fit each label and never let one label push the others. Labels that had to be shrunk or shortened are listed by row number in the preview, so you can fix them before printing.

Yes, in 24 writing systems. Arabic and Hebrew run right to left, Chinese, Japanese and Korean use matching fonts, and scripts such as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Thai and Burmese are shaped correctly, on the same sheet as English. If a character is in no font we have, it would print as an empty box, so the preview warns first and names the rows and the characters, and you can change them before printing. Yes. Under "Picture, QR code or barcode", make a QR code from any column (a link, an SKU), a barcode from any column (Code 128 for item codes and asset tags; EAN-13 or UPC-A for product numbers), or put the same picture on every label. They appear in the PDF. If a code would be too small to scan on your label, the preview lists the rows. Code 128 holds unaccented letters, digits, spaces and common symbols. For EAN-13 and UPC-A the check digit is added when your number leaves it out, and a number with a wrong check digit is not printed; the numbers themselves must be registered with GS1 for products sold in shops. Yes. The add-on remembers the last setup for each spreadsheet by itself, and under "Saved designs" you can keep up to 20 named designs, for example "Christmas cards", and open one in a click.

Yes: Avery L7160, L7161, L7162, L7163, L7165, L7159, L7651, Avery Zweckform and more. If A4 labels drift down the page, your printer or browser is probably set to Letter: set A4 and Actual size.

Peelstack Label Maker is free with every feature for up to 30 labels per run, one full sheet of Avery 5160 address labels, and you can run it as often as you like. A longer list prints its first 30 labels on the free plan, and the preview shows exactly those. Test pages are always free. A paid plan removes the 30 label limit: $29 for one year or $59 once. No subscription, nothing renews. Every plan reads up to 10,000 rows of a sheet at a time and makes up to 50,000 labels per run.

Yes. Each run prints up to 30 labels, so you can print the list in parts: select the rows for one sheet, choose "Only the rows I selected", print, then select the next rows. A paid plan prints the whole list in one run.

It works in Google Sheets and Google Docs on a computer, in a desktop browser. The Google Sheets and Google Docs mobile apps do not run add-ons.

This almost always means you are signed in to more than one Google account in the browser. Open the sheet in a window where only one account is signed in (a separate browser profile or a private window). At school or work, your administrator may need to allow the add-on: see "School and work accounts" on this page.

Add-ons only run in Google Sheets files. Choose File, Save as Google Sheets, then open the add-on in the new file.

Print the PDF for the best alignment: it is made at your label sheet's published sizes. Use the Google Doc when you want to change a single label by hand; if you print the Doc, set margins to None and scale to 100%.

We read only the spreadsheet you have open, and create only the files you ask for (the PDF in your downloads, and a Google Doc or a PDF in your Drive if you choose). We cannot see your other files. Your list is turned into labels in your browser and your Google account; it is not sent to our servers. The add-on calls our server only about your plan: to check it, with a token signed by Google that holds your Google account ID (not your name or email address), and, when you choose a paid plan, to start the checkout, with your account ID, the plan and your language. The privacy policy has the details.

No, and we never will. The free plan has every feature, so there is nothing to unlock.
