How the suggestion is made
Each answer adds or removes points. What the bug does counts most, then how many people meet it, then whether there is a way around it. The total maps to Low, Medium, High or Critical. Nothing you type is read, only the choices.
This is a starting point for a conversation, not a rule. Teams define severity in their own way, so use the names and levels your team agreed on and treat the reason as the useful part.
